Cho walks warily out to the courtyard, the sun beating down and the warmth surrounding her and yet she felt nothing of it. The mood was cheery and in the distant could hear the students of plays and other and yet she couldn't bring herself to be jovial as her peers. She had somehow escaped the usual crowd about her by saying she wasn't feeling too well and just wanted to take a nap and instead of retreating to her room she found herself in the courtyard.
Her usual bright black [if black can be bright] long hair was still straight and flawless, yet had this dull look, her face a bit paler than usual and her eyes seemed to go into focus and out through out the whole day.
She had a terrible nightmare the night before and she just couldn't shake it off. It seemed so real and vivid and not like usual dreams, this one didn¡¯t fade away but imprinted to the back of her mind. It sent shivers down her spine just remembering it.
Finding an empty bench, she made her place letting her back lean lightly against the stone pillar. Even if she had requested to be alone, she hated to be alone. These days she would often ask a friend along to do the most tedious jobs just because she didn't want to be alone and yet she still felt quite alone.
Unknowingly staring at a rock on the ground, she couldn't help but think of her memories and what if she did something different that it would've prevented the heartache she was going through now. She still missed Cedric. She still missed Harry. Then she finds herself sitting here alone, with no one by her side.
What had gone so terribly wrong?
